BMA House is a spectacular grade II listed building which was designed by the famous architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, and has been the home to the British Medical Association since 1925.
Recently refurbished to preserve and restore the best of the old traditional designs, but bringing in modern integrated facilities has resulted in flexible spaces to cater for many Events.
BMA House is home to the prestigious British Medical Association. This stunning Grade II listed building was designed in 1911, and has been the Headquarters for the BMA since 1925.
The British Medical Association is the doctors' professional organisation established as the voice for doctors; in constant contact with ministers, government departments and many other influential bodies. All requests to hold an event booking at BMA House must be vetted to ensure they do not conflict with current BMA policies.
The venue has versatile and contemporary spaces for events yet many of the rooms still retain their original Grade II listed features. Along side the Event spaces are 11 purpose built Meeting Rooms. Capacities range from small boardroom meetings for 2 to large conferences for 300, dinner for 200 and cocktail parties for 320. The House also boasts a Courtyard and Garden offering outdoor space that is so rarely found in Central London.
