The barn complex offers theatre-style seating for approximately 120 people. We can seat up to 140 people for working breakfast briefings. There are three 'break out' areas for group working. Catering can be arranged to meet your needs - from simple coffee and buffet through to three course fine dining.

In the house, the dining room doubles up as a smart boardroom for more formal meetings for up to 12 people. There are also eight bedrooms if you are looking for overnight accommodation.

Houchins is easy to find. It is half a mile off the A120, one mile east of Coggeshall.   That means it is just 15 minutes from Colchester and Braintree, half an hour from Chelmsford, approximately 35 minutes from Stansted and about 1 hour 30 minutes from Central London.

And unlike some rural locations, it also has a good mobile phone signal!
