The Mallard Suite is a completely private room that can hold up to 80 delegates (Theatre Style) & completely peaceful  then from there you can have you're buffet lunch in Q Vardis which is all in the same grounds. 

Our prices are very reasonable if not the best around below is an average guide for you to consider based on a minimum of 40 delegates per day. 

• Room hire - up to 7 hours from 10am till 5pm
• On arrival - Orange Juice, Tea, Coffee , Danish Pastries & Biscuit selection.
• Mineral Water supplied throughout the day
• Lunch Break - Buffet sample : Honey glazed ham , Smoked salmon platter , Pasta salad , Coleslaw , Potato Salad , Cajun chicken , Vegetable samosas, King prawn , Duck spring rolls , Sausage rolls , Thai selection , French bread & butter , Fruit platter with choice of Orange , Apple , Cranberry Juice
