Weddings

For a magical reception by the River Thames, The Gun is the perfect venue! On Saturdays we hire out The Gun exclusively for wedding parties. We can seat up to 138 people overall (80 people in the main dining room, 22 in the Cabin Room, 16 in the River Room and 20 in the Red Room).  Alternatively we can provide an informal buffet for up to 200 guests.

You can have exclusive use of the whole of The Gun including our riverside terrace, and in the summer months, also our sun-deck area located on the river's edge. Our terrace has recently been refurbished to feature retractable walls and roofing, as well as being fully heated with dimmable lighting - ideal for celebrations all year around! Both outside spaces have stunning views of the river Thames and the O2.

For smaller wedding receptions we hire out our two private dining rooms or sections of our terrace together with the Red Room, this holds up to 110 people for a standing reception.

We can assist you as much or as little as you like with all aspects of the event ranging from flowers and wedding cake to photography and all different kinds of entertainment.

Docklands is now the second financial centre for London, and although the docks are still used by visiting ships and cruise vessels they also provide a tranquil setting for the many huge enterprises located in the district. Tall buidings dominate the scene but there are many traditional and historic locations also. The area is served by the underground and DLR and London City Airport is adjacent.
