Blank space for dry hire and you can make anything of our space  - we have alot of it to choose from as private events as we dont have a premise license so all events must finish by 10pm - so if you are looking for a shabby chic apeal that would add a rustic charm to your corporate launch then give us a call and ask for our extensive advice.

The Loft is our stunning and atmospheric second floor space, with 2976 sq ft of gorgeous wooden floors and rafters, four exposed brick walls, a small mezzanine area and rooftop access.The Loft has hosted a wide variety of filming, shoots and events, and was one of the filming locations for Dragon’s Den (BBC) and Hotel GB (Channel 4).

 

The Hub is our light and airy ground floor studio, with 2352 sq ft of wooden floors, red steel pillars and an exposed brick exterior wall.

Ideal for: private and creative events, filming and photography, exhibitions, workshops and conferences.

The Factory floor hosts 4 unique spaces, all with wooden floors, brickwork, an array of unusual furniture and a NYC warehouse feel.The Factory floor is ideal for: filming and photography, workshops and conferences, exhibitions, private and creative events.

The Testing Works are situated just south of Blackfriars Bridge. This is an incredible unique space, which houses original Victorian engineering machinery.Ideal for photography and small film shoots.

The space is also available for intimate events, however, it is filled with valuable objects so please get in touch to discuss suitability.

TRANSPORT

Ugly Duck is a 10 minute walk from London Bridge and Bermondsey stations. Buses 42, 78 and 188 stop just around the corner on Tower Bridge Road.
