'SMITHS' of smithfield
The long-awaited evolution of Farringdon's much-loved iconic site is finally here. Situated in the heart of the City of London, Smiths of Smithfield is a stunning example of a Grade II listed building that over the years has evolved to its present-day design of four floors each offering a truly unique dining and drinking experience.
'SMITHS' cafe and bar
On the ground floor you will find 'SMITHS' cafe and bar. Open from 7am serving seasonal British food from breakfast right through to dinner and after-work drinks. From healthy indulgent brunch and soul-warming classics to prime cuts of meat showcasing their butchery heritage.
Death + Victory
On the first floor you'll find the all-new Cocktail bar Death + Victory, named after a memorial plaque to William Wallace, which can be found on the outskirts of Smithfield market. This intimate cocktail lounge is a destination in itself, a desirable space for a night out with friends. With a cocktail menu that is inspired by the history of Smithfield market and taking cues from famous events within this timeline, they have created bespoke cocktails to reflect this.
The Grill
On the second floor you'll find the classic British Grill. They offer prime cuts of meat and locally sourced seasonal produce including day boat fish. A menu that showcases our butchery heritage through the vast selection of cuts on offer. They regularly run butchery masterclasses where the fabulous chefs demonstrate and explain the different cuts, a truly unique opportunity to really get hands on.
No.3 Restaurant and Terrace
That view, the pinnacle point, the top floor is all about the finer things in life. Their head chef, Liam Walsh, has created an exceptional menu. Focusing on top quality and hand-picked ingredients, 28 day aged Scotch beef wellington to share, roasted halibut and Dorset crab to tempt your palate. Along with this, the backdrop of iconic landmarks across the city of London.
