All parts of our beautiful building can be hired individually, as a whole, or in bespoke packages. Wi-fi and high-speed broadband is available throughout. Your booking entitles you to full use of all audiovisual equipment and video conferencing capability. Our auditorium is ideal for conferences, screenings, lectures, presentations and performances. Meeting rooms for up to 20 delegates. Boardroom-style seating, 65" LCD screen, wi-fi, vidio conferencing capability, basic stationery, including flip chart, white board and pens. Generously lit by natural daylight. Blackout blinds for screenings and presentations. Firstsite's Education studios transform into a stylish Function space that's ideal for banquets, awards ceremonies and celebrations.

Function space can accommodate up to 160 people seated banqueting-style at circular tables. Overlooks firstsite's D-shaped Garden meaning the space is flooded with natural light, and in summer, guests can spill out onto the D-shaped garden which overlooks historic nearby East Hill House. This space has a central acoustic divider and is also available to hire as two smaller rooms.

Mosaic Area
Vast space ideal for trade shows or product and press launches, can also be hired for private receptions. Available to groups for evening hire only.

There is good access to Colchester from all parts of the country via the A12, A120, M25 and A14. National rail links are available from three stations in colchester and Stansted Airport is nearby. firstsite offers parking for disabled visitors only; there is no on-site parking. Disabled parking bays are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Outside the building is a drop-off point for cars and coaches, and special access for disabled visitors.
